Description

You will design and implement technology solutions for forensic science applications, including evidence management and data-driven investigations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize scalable software architectures, including microservices and APIs.
• Collaborate with forensic scientists, law enforcement, and development teams to build systems for forensic analysis.
• Implement secure data storage and encryption protocols to protect sensitive forensic data.
• Manage database integration and middleware to support efficient forensic services.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in software architecture and design.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL database management.
• Strong knowledge of REST and SOAP integration.
• Expertise in middleware and system integration.
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and secure data storage.
• Ability to design microservices-based architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Background in forensic science or law enforcement technology.
