Description

You will design and implement scalable, resilient cloud-native solutions on GCP to meet business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical blueprints and high-level architecture specifications for cloud infrastructure, network design, and security models.
• Lead the architecture and design of services using GCP services including Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, and BigQuery.
• Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform or Google Cloud Deployment Manager.
• Design secure-by-default architectures incorporating IAM, VPC Service Controls, and Cloud Armor.
• Create detailed architectural documentation, standards, and best practices to guide development teams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical architecture or software engineering.
• Expertise in GCP Compute and Storage services, specifically Compute Engine, GKE, and Cloud Storage.
• Deep knowledge of GCP database services including Cloud SQL, BigQuery, and AlloyDB (PostgreSQL).
• Experience with GCP networking, including VPC, Cloud Load Balancing, and Cloud CDN.
• Proficiency in GCP security services, IAM policy management, and encryption mechanisms.
• Hands-on experience with data services such as Dataflow and Pub/Sub.
• Proven ability to design CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Bitbucket, GitHub, or Travis CI.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Java, .NET, and BigQuery.
