Description

Design and develop Spring Boot microservices using Java 8 and Spark.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Spring Boot applications using microservices architecture and established design patterns.
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and coding standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Execute unit, integration, and contract testing to ensure code quality.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycles within an Agile environment.
• Optimize Spark queries and improve system performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8 features and Spark JAVA.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP services.
• Proficiency in SQL database integration with Microsoft, Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL.
• Experience with AWS services, including S3.
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Bitbucket.
• Experience with Big Data technologies and Kafka.
• Familiarity with HDFS, S3, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Cassandra and Kafka in production environments.
