Description

You will design, develop, and optimize Spark-based microservices using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop microservices using Spring Boot and Java 8 features.
• Implement DDD, TDD, and industry-standard coding practices.
• Execute unit, integration, and contract testing to ensure code quality.
• Optimize Spark queries and improve data processing performance.
• Manage the full project life cycle within an Agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spark.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience with SQL database integration (Microsoft, Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL).
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Bitbucket.
• Experience with REST and SOAP services.
• Proficiency in SQL and data management.
• Familiarity with AWS environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, BigData, S3, and Cassandra.
• Knowledge of HDFS, S3, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
