Description

You will design and develop Spring Boot microservices using Java 8 and Spark, owning the full project lifecycle within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Spring Boot applications using microservices design patterns.
• Implement Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
• Execute unit, integration, and contract testing to ensure code quality.
• Optimize Spark queries and manage performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8 features and strong knowledge of REST and SOAP services.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Experience with Spark and Spark Java.
• Experience with AWS and S3.
• Working knowledge of SQL databases including Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL.
• Experience with CI-CD pipelines and Bitbucket.
• Familiarity with DDD and TDD methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kafka, Big Data, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of HDFS.
