Description

You will design and develop scalable, cloud-native microservices within an AWS environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and secure high-performing APIs and distributed computing systems.
• Implement resilient, self-healing microservices using Spring Boot.
• Develop cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS serverless and containerized services.
• Manage data integration using messaging patterns, Kinesis streams, SQS, and SNS.
• Maintain code quality through static analysis, stubbing, and mocking.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Extensive experience with Microservices architecture and distributed computing.
• Hands-on expertise with AWS services including ECS, SSM, Secret Manager, CloudFormation, and IAM.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing APIs and API Gateways.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as DynamoDB and Couchbase, plus Oracle RDBMS.
• Knowledge of container management using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Competency in CI/CD pipeline creation using Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo.
• Fluency in Unix, Linux, or Solaris operating systems.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Bash or Perl.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS Serverless computing using Lambda and Step Functions.
• Proficiency with Spring Cloud Services and APIEE.
