Description

You will design and build microservices using Java and Spring Boot, owning the full lifecycle from requirement analysis to production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions aligned with microservices architecture.
• Develop, implement, and maintain RESTful services and APIs using Java (JDK 8+) and Spring Boot.
• Write unit and integration tests using JUnit to ensure application reliability.
• Document APIs using Swagger/OpenAPI specifications for clarity and maintainability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Java development with hands-on experience in JDK 8 or higher.
• Experience building applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Solid understanding of REST API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and issue tracking (JIRA).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of modern Java concepts including Streams, Optionals, Lambdas, and Design Patterns.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams using tools like Bitbucket, Bamboo, and Confluence.
