Description

Design and build scalable microservices and REST APIs using Core Java and Spring Boot.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices and REST APIs.
• Implement data persistence layers using Hibernate/JPA and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Containerize applications with Docker and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git.
• Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability.
• Mentor junior developers on best practices and code quality.

Required Skills

• Core Java (Java 8+) and Spring Boot framework.
• Experience building Microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with Hibernate/JPA for data access.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Practical knowledge of Docker for containerization.
• Experience with CI/CD tools including Jenkins and Git.
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 5+ years of professional development experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence for project management.
