Description

You will build and maintain RESTful services using Java and the Spring ecosystem, managing deployments within Azure Kubernetes Service environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST services using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Implement data access layers using Spring JPA and Spring JDBC.
• Write and execute tests across unit, integration, and performance stages using JUnit.
• Manage code and deployments using Maven, Jenkins, and Git/GitLab.
• Deploy applications within Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environments.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Java and Spring Boot development.
• Hands-on experience building REST services.
• Proficiency with Spring JPA and Spring JDBC.
• Experience connecting to MS SQL and Oracle databases.
• Strong testing background using JUnit for Unit, System, Integration, UAT, Performance, and Stability testing.
• Practical knowledge of Test Driven Development (TDD) and Business Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience with Maven and Jenkins for build and CI/CD processes.
• Competency with Git or GitLab for version control.
• Experience with deployment in AKS.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
