You will build, optimize, and mentor teams on backend services using Java and the Spring ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor developers in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java to improve software quality and team productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and implement quality assurance processes based on Spring Boot best practices.
• Analyze technical alternatives, assess packages, and identify risks during feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Advanced understanding of Microservices Architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning and optimization of Spring Boot applications.
• Ability to participate in technical discussions and feasibility assessments.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
