You will lead the development of large-scale applications and mentor a team of 10+ engineers. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 10 or more developers.
• Build and maintain RESTful services and APIs using modern Java and Spring Boot patterns.
• Design and implement Microservices architectures.
• Debug complex codebases efficiently under pressure.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 1.8 and Spring Boot.
• Proven ability to build RESTful services and APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with React.
• Understanding of HTML5/CSS3 and responsive web design.
• Experience writing comprehensive unit tests.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with object-oriented and procedural coding patterns.
