Description

Lead an engineering team to deliver modular designs and execute the technology roadmap.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineers in adopting best practices and reusable modular designs.
• Build microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and GraphQL.
• Design and scale solutions within multi-cloud and containerized environments.
• Define quantified deliverables from high-level requirements by collaborating across teams.
• Manage technical tradeoffs between cost, scale, speed, and agility.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering.
• Extensive experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proven track record leading large-scale cloud migrations.
• Proficiency in MS Azure cloud capabilities and containerized deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience integrating with Cassandra, RDBMS, and Kafka streaming platforms.
• Practical knowledge of CI/CD using Maven, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of system architecture, authentication/authorization systems, and protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
