Description

You will lead a development team focusing on high-quality software delivery using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor developers in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Java to improve code quality and productivity.
• Conduct code reviews and implement QA processes based on Spring Boot best practices.
• Lead technical discussions and feasibility studies to analyze alternatives and identify technical risks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage module compliance and provide status reports to mitigate project risks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Advanced understanding of microservices architecture.
• In-depth knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Spring Boot applications.
• Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
