Lead technical architecture and development for Java/J2EE and Spring Boot initiatives, ensuring system stability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical architecture design and development for Java/J2EE and Spring Boot projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability.
• Mentor and coach junior developers to improve team technical proficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development and architecture.
• Hands-on experience developing applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with database technologies including SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving abilities.
