Description

You provide Tier 2 technical support for Java Spring Boot microservices, APIs, and integration applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve issues in microservices, REST APIs, and batch jobs.
• Perform root cause analysis for recurring failures in data flows and system integrations.
• Troubleshoot application logs, stack traces, and performance degradation.
• Validate integration payloads and troubleshoot mapping issues for JSON/XML data.
• Document SOPs and knowledge articles to improve support processes.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and HTTP protocols.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with message queues, specifically Kafka.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions).
• Ability to analyze application logs and stack traces.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
• Experience with monitoring tools like Dynatrace.
