You will lead technical development, mentor junior engineers, and deliver software solutions using Java and Spring Boot.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, architects, and testers to align user stories with requirements.
• Conduct research, design, and prototyping; participate in design reviews.
• Develop user interfaces from design artifacts and specifications.
• Write unit and automated acceptance tests, ensuring daily code commits.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Core Java expertise.
• Spring Boot and Spring Core.
• Apache Kafka.
• Struts or Spring MVC.
• JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.
• Kubernetes.
• JDBC and JPA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• SQL/PLSQL.
• Bootstrap or Angular 2.
• Web Services including SOAP and REST/JSON.
