Description

You will act as a hands-on lead designing scalable architectures while contributing directly to code.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Own hands-on SQL development and scripting tasks.
• Lead and govern requirements and delivery for offshore teams.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to resolve complex technical issues.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Java development, including Agile methodology.
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience designing and developing applications in the IAM space.
• Proficiency in J2EE technologies, Advanced Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs and working with Web Services.
• Strong command of SQL and PL/SQL, with scripting experience in PowerShell.
• Understanding of JSON, SOAP, REST, SAML, oAuth, and standard communication protocols.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with version control using GIT and project tracking via Jira.
• Solid grasp of secure coding practices and SDLC methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading offshore delivery teams.
