Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced senior Java developer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will play a key role in system architecture, technical design, performance optimization, and mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
Design and architect enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.

Lead backend development using Java (8/11/17+).

Develop and maintain applications using Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.

Design and implement microservices architecture.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.

Work with distributed systems and event-driven architectures.

Perform code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, Product, UI/UX).

Mentor junior and mid-level developers.

Participate in architectural discussions and technology decisions.

Required Technical Skills
Core Technologies:
Strong expertise in Core Java, Multithreading, collections, and JVM internals

Deep knowledge of Spring Framework ecosystem

Experience with Hibernate/JPA

Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture

Experience with REST APIs and API security (OAuth2, JWT)

Database:
Strong experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)

DevOps & Cloud:
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Experience with CI/CD pipelines

Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP preferred)

Tools & Others:
Git, Maven/Gradle

Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

Caching mechanisms (Redis, Hazelcast)

Unit & Integration testing (JUnit, Mockito)

Leadership & Architecture Experience
Experience in system design and architecture planning.

Ability to design scalable and high-availability systems.

Knowledge of design patterns and best practices.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Strong documentation skills.

Education
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

Nice to Have
Experience in Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Exposure to event-driven architecture.

Experience in performance tuning and memory management.

Prior experience in leading a team of developers.
