Required Skills:

•  6 to 12 years of overall software development experience in building scalable backend systems using Java.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, including mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and driving best practices.
• Strong hands-on experience in system design, microservices architecture, and high-performance applications.
• Ability to take ownership of complex features or systems and guide teams through design, development, and delivery.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, including collections, multithreading, concurrency, and JVM fundamentals.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Spring JPA / Hibernate.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with software development best practices and coding standards.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging systems.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Additional Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for search, analytics, or observability use cases.
• Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or auxiliary services.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
