Description

Provide technical support for Warehouse Management Systems and supply chain applications in Chicago, IL.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production issues categorized as P1, P2, P3, and P4 incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) to identify and fix underlying application bugs.
• Implement small application enhancements and bug fixes using Java and SQL.
• Analyze system performance and provide detailed reporting metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical support or application analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL databases.
• Ability to work across Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with reporting and data metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Highjump or Descartes packaged logistics solutions.
• Background supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or supply chain applications.
