Description

Manage support operations and release cycles for warehouse management and supply chain applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a 24/7/365 support schedule to ensure continuous coverage.
• Own release management by coordinating with Product Owners and development teams to execute delivery plans.
• Manage small enhancement development and allocate resources to resolve technical impediments.
• Report on support status, defect trends, and productivity metrics to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead program increment retrospectives and maintain defect reporting to drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3-5+ years of experience supporting Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Supply Chain applications.
• 3-5+ years of experience with Java-based microservices applications.
• 3-5+ years of experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL databases.
• 5+ years of experience working with global teams.
• 2+ years of experience working with patching teams and server patching processes.
• Experience working with packaged vendor solutions and managing vendor relationships.
• Ability to supervise a team, providing technical guidance and rollout prioritization.
• Experience working within Windows and Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong ability to create and maintain support activity reports for management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services.
• Experience with Highjump or Descartes packaged solutions.
• Experience working within Agile development methodology.
