Description

You will provide technical support for Java applications and resolve issues within production environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues for applications built on SpringBoot, Angular, and Kotlin.
• Administer Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to maintain deployment workflows.
• Manage and maintain Oracle and MySQL databases.
• Handle incident management and tracking using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Perform root cause analysis to implement permanent solutions for recurring technical issues.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Java support and development roles.
• Hands-on experience with SpringBoot and Angular.
• Proficiency in Kotlin for system maintenance and enhancement.
• Experience managing Oracle or MySQL databases.
• Practical knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD administration.
• Experience using ServiceNow and Jira for incident management.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
