Description

You will provide functional support for complex Java applications in a 16/5 rotational shift environment, including second and night shifts.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Isolate difficult or ambiguous issues by reproducing incidents and tracing transactions through infrastructure.
• Identify invalid database data and create DB scripts to correct it.
• Prioritize incoming issues and distribute tickets to the appropriate teams for resolution.
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Communicate technically complex information clearly to clients.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of production support experience handling highly complex applications.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Experience writing and executing DB scripts.
• Experience documenting and maintaining SOPs.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including second and night shifts.
• Any Graduate degree.
