Description

You will manage production support, incident resolution, and bug fixes within a Java-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve production support incidents and implement bug fixes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide support during non-business hours.
• Work directly with clients to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java support-based projects.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java.
• Hands-on experience with web services including REST and SOAP.
• Experience with SQL and PL/SQL for database querying.
• Working knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server database systems.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Spring Batch frameworks.
• Basic understanding of AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently in a production support capacity.
