Description

You provide production support and technical assistance for Java-based products, debugging issues and managing complex support cases.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Debug and reproduce user issues in code, developing examples to prove functionality or lack thereof.
• Manage and resolve complex technical support cases for Google Ads products via emails and forums.
• Respond to customer-reported issues promptly and communicate resolution progress according to service level agreements.
• Escalate issues to the L2 Team in a timely manner and follow established support procedures.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a support capacity.
• Core Java development and support.
• Experience with Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Proficiency with REST APIs.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database operations.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting large-scale advertising products.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
