Description

You will own application support and monitoring for multiple projects, ensuring system stability within a 24/7 operational model.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot incidents and deliver technical fixes to maintain service levels.
• Manage application support and monitoring in collaboration with the TechOps team.
• Handle small to complex application enhancements and updates.
• Resolve operating system and application issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in application support roles.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, Spark, and Hibernate.
• Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs.
• Working knowledge of AngularJS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management).
• Experience with ticketing tools and IT operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, BE, BTech, MTech, or MCA.
