Description

You will provide technical support and maintenance for Java-based banking applications, ensuring system stability and resolving production issues.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot production application issues to resolve unexpected system behaviors.
• Lead the analysis and resolution of service quality impacts.
• Perform minor production bug fixes and conduct disaster recovery and patch testing.
• Liaise with technical and business stakeholders to communicate issue and resolution status.
• Handle data extraction, reporting, and audit activities.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java support roles.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Experience with Control-M, ServiceNow, and MQ.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Relational Databases.
• Hands-on experience with ORM technologies including JPA2 and Hibernate.
• Working knowledge of HTML.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Direct support experience within the banking domain.
