Description

You will provide production support and maintenance for Java-based applications, ensuring system stability and rapid issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents using SpringBoot, Angular, and Kotlin.
• Administer and maintain Jenkins CI/CD pipelines to support deployment workflows.
• Manage and optimize Oracle and MySQL databases for application performance.
• Handle incident tracking and resolution via ServiceNow and Jira.
• Perform root cause analysis to implement preventive solutions and reduce recurring issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Java support and development roles.
• Proficiency with SpringBoot and Angular for application maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD pipeline management.
• Database administration skills with Oracle and MySQL.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira for incident management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate).
