Description

You will maintain application stability and resolve production issues in a Java and MySQL environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve application defects through code debugging and log analysis.
• Manage incidents and communicate status updates to users, application owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Improve application performance by identifying recurring failure patterns and advising on permanent fixes.
• Automate manual processes and alerts using internal engineering tools and machine learning techniques.
• Build run books and participate in change management to minimize operational errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in application support or engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong experience with MySQL.
• Hands-on experience with Linux / Unix environments.
• Experience with code debugging and log analysis.
• Ability to troubleshoot proprietary technologies.
