Description

You will provide technical support for Java-based applications, ensuring system stability and resolving production incidents.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and ensure application stability.
• Debug and resolve complex production incidents, bugs, and performance issues.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and deploy updates.
• Document support processes, technical analyses, and root cause resolutions.
• Participate in 24/7 rotational on-call support for critical issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in technical support for Java applications.
• Strong Java programming skills with experience in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Struts.
• Proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Experience with build tools like Maven and Gradle.
• Experience using Git for version control.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK stack).
• Experience with middleware such as IBM MQ or Active MQ.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
