Description

Provide technical support and incident management for Java-based microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Triage and resolve production incidents.
• Perform on-call support duties.
• Manage deployments and CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor system health and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Java/J2EE.
• Proficiency in Spring Frameworks and Spring Boot.
• Experience with REST API and Microservice Architecture.
• Hands-on use of Redis.
• Experience with GitLab, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
• Proficiency in Jenkins and Maven/Gradle.
• Knowledge of SonarQube, Checkmarx, and Snyk.
• Automation experience with Groovy, Python, or Shell.
• Monitoring experience using Dynatrace and Splunk.
• Strong experience with Terraform and Linux.
• Experience with Ruby or Ansible.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and GCP.
• Google Cloud Architect Certification.
• AI/ML experience.
