Description

You will maintain application stability and resolve technical issues within a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve application issues through code debugging and log analysis to identify defects and trends.
• Manage incidents and communicate status updates to users, application owners, and senior stakeholders.
• Improve application performance and stability by identifying recurring failures and advising on permanent fixes.
• Participate in the change management process to mitigate risks in production.
• Develop run books and reporting tools to track application health and minimize operational errors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software support or engineering roles.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience working within Unix environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and learn proprietary technologies.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
