Description

Design, develop, and maintain in-house software solutions for electronic point-of-sale systems. Translate business requirements into scalable software while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement core features for POS software using Java Swing and C#.
• Develop, test, and debug software modules to ensure system reliability.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and manage version control using Git and SVN.
• Collaborate with team members to refine requirements and deliver efficient solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software development experience, including design, coding, testing, and debugging.
• Expertise in Java Swing and C# development.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Kits (SDKs) and integration.
• Proficiency with Git and SVN version control systems.
• Experience with C++, SQL, Python, and AWS as supporting technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical background.
• Ability to work onsite in Portland, OR, at least 2 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Experience maintaining legacy desktop applications.
