Description

You will lead development teams across multiple applications, focusing on Java-based solution design and implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage development teams while prioritizing requirements across various projects.
• Review designs and implement Java-based applications with a focus on REST API integration.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to improve system scale, resilience, and continuous monitoring.
• Manage technical debt and ensure regular housekeeping and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Provide L3 support and assist with audits as required.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• In-depth understanding of Java solution design and implementation.
• Deep expertise in REST API development and integration.
• Experience managing technical debt and maintaining code quality.
• Ability to work closely with architecture, infrastructure, and service delivery teams.
• Strong understanding of programming languages and business domain applications.
• Degree in any field (Engineering degree preferred).
