Lead a small engineering team in designing solutions and managing technical delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery for a team of 3-4 engineers.
• Design system solutions and complex integrations.
• Oversee implementation of microservices and backend logic.
• Manage technical execution and ensure delivery standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java and J2EE.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with JMS and MQ messaging systems.
• Experience managing and working with databases.
• Practical knowledge of AWS cloud environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Jboss.
• Knowledge of EJB.
