You will lead offshore engineering teams, provide architectural direction, and code critical system components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore engineering teams and collaborate with customers to meet requirements.
• Provide architectural guidance and author decision documents and white papers.
• Code critical and complex components within the system.
• Define CI/CD pipelines and ensure adherence to deployment standards.
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to manage project planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Helm charts.
• Practical application of CQRS frameworks.
• Experience with GCP or AWS microservices and Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of 12-factor app methodologies and Cloud Native architectures.
• Experience implementing message-driven and event sourcing architecture patterns.
• Ability to implement projects supporting multiple automated releases per day.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GCP.
