Description

You will lead backend development efforts for distributed systems and engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs.
• Own the automation of manual workflows and development processes.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams using pair programming.
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks including unit, integration, contract, and E2E tests.
• Manage stakeholder communications and define technical direction.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in backend development using Java and Spring Boot.
• Expertise in Microservices, RESTful API, and service orchestration.
• Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments.
• Experience with distributed systems and Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.
• Experience with data processing using Apache Spark or Spring Batch.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
• Exposure to AI/ML project model integration.
