Description

Lead the design and development of Java-J2EE solutions while providing technical guidance to a team of five engineers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Develop applications using Core Java, J2EE, and associated frameworks.
• Interface with back-end systems using SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Provide technical guidance and support for a team of five engineers.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of hands-on experience in Java and J2EE design and development.
• Mandatory hands-on experience in the Telecom Domain.
• Expertise in Core Java (OOPs, Collections, Threading).
• Proficiency with Spring, Hibernate, and JPA.
• Experience consuming and producing SOAP and RESTful web services.
• Working knowledge of RDBMS, SQL, MySQL, and PL-SQL.
• Experience with source code management using Git and/or SVN.
• Familiarity with Java application servers like Tomcat or JBoss.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams of 5+ engineers.
• Strong background in telecom domain architecture.
