Responsibilities

• Design and implement solution architectures for complex systems.
• Write clean, self-describing code with comprehensive unit test coverage.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and produce functional specifications.
• Participate in backlog refinement, planning, and demos.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Core Java and the Spring framework.
• Proficiency with Hibernate or MyBatis for data persistence.
• Experience with Maven for build management.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins or TeamCity for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Git version control skills.
• Proven ability in data analysis and production troubleshooting.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Full-stack experience using Java and React.
• Experience with JasperReports or Crucible.
