Description

Lead technical direction and architectural implementation for Java-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solution architectures for complex systems.
• Write clean, self-describing code and ensure coverage through unit testing.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers.
• Clarify business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and product demos.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development and architecture.
• Expertise in Core Java and the Spring framework.
• Experience with Hibernate or MyBatis.
• Proficiency with Maven for build automation.
• Strong skills in data analysis and production troubleshooting.
• Experience with CI tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity.
• Version control experience using Git.
• Ability to produce detailed business and functional requirement specifications.
• Proven experience in technical leadership and supervising teams.

Preferred Skills

• Full-stack experience with Java and React.
• Experience with JasperReports or Crucible.
