Description

Lead technical design and development for large-scale, revenue-generating systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic designs and requirements for major projects.
• Provide technical guidance, supervise team members, and debug code.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and workflow instruction.
• Manage application development activities, including unit testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Participate in estimation processes, use case specifications, and test plan reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong Java development expertise.
• Proven experience leading teams of developers.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Experience working in AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP preferred).
• Experience working in Agile environments using JIRA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with GitHub, SonarQube, CI/CD, and performance tools.
