Lead technical development and architecture for Java-based microservices, guiding engineering standards and backend integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development efforts and define engineering standards for Java microservices.
• Build and maintain scalable microservices using Spring and Spring Boot.
• Apply object-oriented programming principles and design patterns to core services.
• Manage backend development and integration with RDBMS and NoSQL systems.
• Utilize distributed version control systems for codebase management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Java and J2EE development.
• Proven experience acting as a technical lead.
• Proficiency in building microservices with Java 8 or Java 11.
• Extensive experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Deep understanding of design concepts, patterns, and coding standards.
• Strong proficiency in Object Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with RDBMS systems.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Proficiency with GIT, GitHub, or other distributed version control systems.
