Description

Lead development of Java and Node.js microservices, owning the release pipeline and code quality standards.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build secure, decoupled, and resilient microservices using Java and Node.js.
• Review code for performance, accuracy, and adherence to coding standards.
• Take full ownership of development work and reporting deliverables.
• Ensure all outputs meet customer quality standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years with Java 8, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security.
• 3+ years with Node.js, Express.js, and Cypress.
• 1+ years with AWS services (Lambda, S3, CloudWatch).
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6), TypeScript 4, and NPM.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and AWS DynamoDB.
• Hands-on Docker, Jenkins, Git/GitLab, and GitLab-CI.
• Knowledge of Maven, SonarQube, Tomcat 8, and Grunt.
• RESTful services using Swagger/OpenAPI 3 and Postman.
• Testing with Jest and Helmet.js knowledge.

Preferred Skills

• Experience building complex reporting modules.
