Description

Lead technical delivery and oversee the development of Java-based applications within the BFSI domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical teams through full development lifecycles in a Tech Lead capacity.
• Design and implement Microservices and web services using REST and SOAP.
• Develop and maintain backend logic using PL/SQL and Spring frameworks.
• Perform performance tuning on J2EE applications to ensure stability.
• Manage application security protocols and implementation.

Required Skills

• 6 to 9 years of experience in Java and J2EE development.
• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with the Spring Framework.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a full-fledged Tech Lead role.
• 3 to 4 years of professional experience within the BFSI domain.
• Proficiency in Spring MVC and Microservices architecture.
• Experience building and consuming REST and SOAP Web Services.
• Experience deploying services using WebSphere application server.
• Strong knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Ability to perform J2EE application performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Background in banking, financial services, or insurance systems.
