Description

Lead the development and implementation of Java-based applications and microservices, owning architecture, code quality, and release pipelines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build Java-based applications and microservices.
• Drive high-level system design and scalability decisions.
• Maintain existing codebases for performance and resilience.
• Enforce coding standards through rigorous code reviews.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS) deployments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java 8+.
• Strong grasp of OOP and SOLID principles.
• Expertise in Spring Framework and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with JPA/Hibernate and dependency injection.
• Practical implementation of RESTful APIs.
• Experience with CI/CD, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Familiarity with event streaming (Kafka or Azure Event Hubs).
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Helm and modular architecture.
