Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Java development team to deliver software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain complex, scalable Java applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements.
• Conduct code reviews to enforce quality standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Java Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Experience with Maven.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or React.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database technologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
