Lead onshore and offshore teams in full-stack development of scalable applications within an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore and offshore teams in full-stack development of scalable applications.
• Develop microservices using Spring Boot and build RESTful APIs.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and code.
• Provide POCs and demos to stakeholders during sprints.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional application development experience.
• Proficiency in Java 8 and 11 features.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and the Spring Framework.
• Proven track record building RESTful microservices and APIs.
• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and deployment.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL databases.
• Advanced understanding of application, data, and infrastructure architecture.
• Ability to work as both a technical lead and individual contributor.

Preferred Skills

• BFS domain experience.
