Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise-grade Java applications while guiding teams and enforcing code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable Java-based applications using Core Java and Spring Framework.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries for efficient data access and performance.
• Implement unit testing and mocking strategies using Mockito and JMock to ensure reliability.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Harness NextGen for continuous integration and delivery.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with Core Java and Advanced Java concepts.
• Hands-on expertise with Spring Framework and its related modules.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database query optimization.
• Experience with mocking frameworks such as Mockito or JMock.
• Practical experience with DevOps tools, specifically GitHub Actions and Harness NextGen.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to design and deliver scalable enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Guidewire products, particularly PolicyCenter.
• Exposure to cloud-based deployment environments and microservices architecture.
