Description

You will lead technical delivery for Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices projects, managing build planning, stakeholder communication, and risk reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage technical build plans, including scheduling and budgeting.
• Bridge communication between business management and the technical team.
• Identify, assess, and report project risks to the Manager and Customer.
• Align development efforts with ADM standards to meet client process requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java development.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience deploying and managing services on AWS.
• Proven ability in technical build planning and scheduling.
• Strong stakeholder management and technical coordination skills.
