Key Skills: Spring Boot, Java, Microservices, NoSql, Cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP)

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable Java-based architectures and microservices.
• Lead and mentor development teams, including code reviews and technical guidance.
• Define technical standards, guidelines, and best practices for backend services.
• Ensure secure implementations and adherence to security standards and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate on integration and delivery of solutions aligned with business objectives.

Skills Required:

• 8-12 years of software development experience with strong Java focus
• Java (hands-on development and technical leadership)
• Microservices architecture and best practices
• Spring Boot and Spring Framework
• Cloud services experience (Azure or AWS)

Good to Have:

• NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Experience with GCP

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
